Philip's boss, Max Baxter is a legend in his own lunchtime.
Philip is, of course, an incredibly talented designer, but, it goes without saying that, without the supreme marketing skills and never-say-die attitude of Max, he would go nowhere fast.
This doesn't necessarily mean Max doesn't have his inspired moments, oh no! His Max Baxter Egg and Soldier Holder is still talked about over water-coolers across the nation and, yes, Philip may still maintain it was his design, the Little Dipper, but Max is having nothing of it and will take the credit with absolutely no problem whatsoever!
