Adil inadvertently changes the puppy into a "good boy" and Sophie thinks he's her blind date. Meanwhile, Max and Philip appear on a shopping channel to present their latest invention, a hand spa. But when Emma delegates Adil to buy hand spas over the phone instead of 25, he orders 25,000. To add to her problems, Sophie is falling for the adorable "Rascal" and Emma must find a way to tell her he's really the puppy.
