Philip is behind on a job for Max and he's losing his patience. His daughters wish he was a bit more mellow, so he'll let them have a party that evening, but Adil goes a bit too far and turns Philip into a hippy. Their new cool dad doesn't want the party to stop but he still has to come up with a design for Max's German client, who is anything but nonchalant.
